Classic homes abound in beautiful Mission Hills

Winding along tree-lined streets, the neighborhood of Mission Hills is one of San Diego's oldest - and charming. The homes in this quiet neighborhood have been meticulously preserved. There are historic homes in a variety styles including Craftsman, Prarie, and Spanish Revival. Mission Hills is within the 92103 zip code, which also includes Hilcrest. In May, 2015 the median price of a single family home was $1M. For condominiums, the median price was $430,000. At the upper end, there are many fine homes for sale between $1.5-$2.5 million.

This classic neighborhood is located just north of downtown San Diego and south of the San Diego River valley. Overlooking Old Town, it is conveniently located to the airport, beaches, shopping centers and restaurants of Little Italy and Downtown. Everything nice about San Diego is just minutes away.

There is a small business district along Goldfinch St. and W. Washington where there are restaurants, shops, pubs and services.

But it is the unique homes that make this neighborhood special. This is not your typical cookie-cutter subdivision. Beautiful homes are manicured on quiet streets that wind along gentle hills and canyons.
